Futura stem cells is a leading Italian company in the cryo conservation of stem cells from the umbilical cord.
They needed a rebranding of their website which, like many medical websites, looked old and was packed with information scattered all over the pages.

2. Write the content so that it would be understandable to non-experts and organise it so that it’s easy to find

COMMUNICATION
STRATEGY

Before jumping into the design process, me and my team took a long time to study a communication strategy.
In this process, we interviewed many pregnant women, doctors, midwives, and the people working at Futura’s call centre to understand how to most effectively communicate with the clients, the information they were most interested in and what wasn’t working on the old website..
